I hereby authorize My Gym to charge my credit/debit card every four (4) weeks. I understand this constitutes a continuous payment plan and will remain in effect until terminated by the member. The current tuition is stated on this form and is subject to change with advance notification.
In the event that we are advised to cancel events, or close due to new guidance from the government we will issue store credit and endeavour to reschedule the event when we are allowed to. Store credit will only be issued if the events are cancelled by My Gym, we cannot issue store credit or refunds in any other circumstance. Please emails us at billericay@mygym.com if you have any comments or concerns as we are diligently trying to provide all of our members with the latest updates we receive from the government. Members must inform the gym of an absence in advance. There may be short periods when My Gym is closed and/or classes are not running. There are no refunds or credits for these closures. To the best of our ability, we will inform members in advance of these closures so that members may attend additional programs before or after the closure.
Tuition is based on 4 weeks of class programming. Members must inform the gym of an absence a minimum of 2 hours in advance to be eligible for a make-up. Make ups are available whilst enrolled and must be used during cancellation period not after. Policies differ for other ancillary programs. Members can freeze for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 2 months a year. This can be done for £1.50 a week. There may be periods when freezing is not available.
We endeavour to allow for make up classes to be used but they can not be granted in a full class, and may not always be available to use due to government restrictions but will be stored on your account. Make up classes have no monetary value. Makeup classes can be booked via the enrolled members online account with my gym.

You will automatically remain enrolled at My Gym until you cancel your enrolment and receive an email confirmation from the gym stating your cancellation request has been processed. The preferred method to request a cancellation is to do so from your My Gym account, but we will accept email, text, or in-person requests as well. It is agreed that, upon cancellation, you may continue to attend the gym until your final day of membership.
