My Gym Make-Ups and Sick Policy

Here at My Gym, we believe in a take-no-chances policy when it comes to illness, parents and children alike. We take every step possible to ensure that our facility is sterile and spotless as possible. One thing we cannot control is the germs that are brought in and out by our members who attend the program. Sometimes it's a cough or maybe a runny nose, itchy eyes or a sore throat. While many of these symptoms aren't caused by a contagious infection, we still ask that you keep yourselves or your children at home, just in case.

At My Gym you are always welcome to do a make-up, and now with our online make-up system it's easier than ever to schedule it on the go! Your make-up is ready when you are! Please allow for at least one (1) week when scheduling a Saturday make-up as our classes are currently at capacity and we can only accommodate for a few extras per class. If for any reason we cannot fit you in we will let you know. No need to call and check in! Once a make-up is scheduled, it cannot be credited back to your account so please call us if you can't make it!
