Enrollment Policies
ENROLLMENT, FREEZE AND CANCELLATION
Tuition is billed every 4 consecutive weeks and includes one structured class and one Practice & Play session each week. Practice & Play are an added bonus to being enrolled in classes, and cannot be made up.
In order to freeze classes for up to 8 weeks, My Gym must be notified at least 4 weeks prior to your next billing date, with an official Freeze Request Form. There are no refunds for freeze requests submitted after the billing date.
In order to cancel classes, My Gym must be notified at least 4 weeks prior your next billing date, with an official Cancellation Request Form. There will be one final payment required after notice of cancellation. There are no refunds for cancellation requests submitted after your billing date.
MAKE-UP CLASSES
Whenever your child is absent from a class they will get a make-up class added to their account. Make-ups must be completed within 4 weeks of the missed class. Please call in advance to schedule make-up classes. If you have submitted a pending cancellation, all make-ups should be completed prior to the date of your last class.
