*Being siblings is not required. Designed for siblings and friends of mixed ages, all families will enjoy this wonderful program. Emphasis is on teamwork, sharing, taking turns, working both together and independently, and building relationships.

We LOVE our Waddlers! ♥♥♥ This program is so much fun for both parent and child as we work on beginning stretches/exercises, songs and dances, and balance and agility skills. Your little ones will have a blast discovering their natural abilities while our curriculum enhances their physical and cognitive development.
Throughout this program we gently introduce new and stimulating activities to promote your babies natural development. You'll see your baby's hand, arm, and trunk control expand, become stronger, and more in control - which leads to some of their biggest milestones like crawling and eventually walking. 🥰🥰🥰 We take great care to nurture each parent/child unit according to their specific needs.
Such an amazing age! 🥰🥰🥰 Your child will sing, dance, swing, play games, watch puppet shows, and even have "Surprise Time!" Our Gymsters feel great about themselves as they learn basic tumbling in a fun and positive setting.
Toddlers abilities at this age are evolving on a weekly basis, and our curriculum will keep your little one engaged and captivated! Running, jumping, and spatial awareness are milestones in this program. Of course, opportunities abound to teach lessons about peer play and taking turns as well. As experts in child development, My Gym understands the impact preschool education has on children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. In our commitment to educate the whole child, we now offer My Gym Jumpstart. This fun 3-hour program focuses on imparting to children the skills needed to excel in preschool and beyond.
By incorporating our award-winning My Gym curriculum with school readiness skills, our students will transition into a traditional school setting with confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning. Our life skills bookshelf gives children the opportunity to explore learning materials independently and support their natural sense of wonder. Jumpstart focus on making learning fun and exciting in the familiar and nurturing atmosphere of My Gym.
Requirements: Children must be fully potty trained.
Please Note: The Jumpstart Program is an early learning and physical education program, and not a licensed daycare/childcare program.
Time to level up! As our pint-sized ninjas grow and become stronger, they’re ready to take on larger challenges – enter: Ninja Training!
Whether they’re conquering the obstacle courses, conditioning their hearts and bodies through exercise, or cooling down with some yoga poses, My Gym Ninjas bring their best to everything they do. This class is high-energy, fast-paced, and FUN! Additionally, the Ninja Training program and equipment set-up change weekly, so you can wave buh-bye to boredom!
Kids enrolled in classes are invited to also attend Practice and Play. Children can enjoy some much needed open play time, while teachers introduce 2-3 gymnastics or skill stations from the week.
IMPORTANT: This is a "parent supervised program" - there must be a parent or guardian supervising your child/ren at all times.
