MUST KNOW
- $175 non-refundable deposit to reserve your special party date! Remaining balance is due before the start of the party!
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation request received less than 3-weeks before the date of the party requires FULL payment.
- Reschedule Request must be received 3 weeks in advance or more. Reschedule fee $75 non-refundable.
- Restrictions and rules may apply to each package. Packages subject to change. Please call us for full details.
- Individual items may not be removed from packages.
- Children 3 years and under must be accompanied by an adult on the play area at all times
- Emphasis is on constant activity for the children. We recommend keeping food to a minimum.
- My Gym does not allow outside pizza, but you may bring in other food.
- Please arrive no earlier than 5-10 minutes before your party. Our staff will be busy preparing for your event.
- Our parties start on time and end on time. We cannot extend time due to late arrivals.
- Late fee of $75 if party extends more than 15 min past the scheduled end time.
- Every child in the play area is counted.
- Add-ons must be requested 2-weeks in advance
- We recommend bringing a case of bottled water for adults.
- Party Prices above does not include tax
- Free classes: Classes must be consecutive and scheduled in advance no later than 30 days after your scheduled party. Currently enrolled members will receive a complimentary second class, following their party. Free classes may not be substituted or used as cash.
- Additional Birthday Child (more than one child celebrating the party) is $59.99
