Important party details.
- Free Classes: Classes must be consectutive and scheduled in advance, and must used within one month. Currently enrolled members will receive a complimentary second class per week, following their party. Free classes may not be substituted or used as cash.
- Individual items may not be removed from packages.
- Children 3 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. Adults must wear socks. Kids wear My Gym Gripper Socks.
- Emphasis is on constant activity for the children. We encourage you to open gifts at home. We also recommend keeping food to a minimum.
- Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your party. Our staff will be busy preparing for your event.
- Please stay no longer than 15 minutes after your party so we can be prepared for the next party
- There is a $200 change fee if a party is rescheduled less than three weeks prior to the party.
- The $150 deposit to hold the time and date of your event is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Outside food is permitted. However, we limit this to pizza, sandwiches, chicken nuggets, fruit/veggie trays. Please ask about other requests. Alcohol is not permitted.
- The balance is due the Monday prior to the party during confirmation call.
