Mom's workout includes a mix of strength training and cardio with an emphasis on enhancing core function, training deep muscles for maximum strength and stability.
Whether you're trying to conceive, pregnant, immediately postpartum or years into motherhood, we will develop an empowering fitness regimen that's tailored to your body and journey.
Kiddos will have a fun activities and skill stations with our superstar My Gym coaches! If they are non walkers, feel free to wear your babies in a carrier.
Sibling discounts apply to the total purchase.

Everyone is invited to My Gym Austin's annual Halloween Party and MGF Fundraiser! Dress up in your favorite costume and join us for Halloween-themed songs, games, a costume parade, and (not so) spooky fun!
My Gym Austin will donate ALL PROCEEDS to the My Gym Foundation for every kiddo that attends our Halloween Party! The My Gym Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping children with disabilities and those struggling financially by awarding critically-needed gifts of equipment and services. Need to Knows:
-Wear your costume! No glitter, please.
-Children are required to wear My Gym issue socks. Adults can wear any socks
-Close adult supervision is required at all times.
-Please pre-pay as space is limited.
-All sales final. No refunds or credits.
-If you need to switch a time, contact us at least 24 hours in advance to check availability. Goody bags are prepared based on pre-paid reservations.
-No Playdates during Halloween Parties

Drop off your kids for three hours of nonstop fun! Activities include games, rides, songs, dances, relays, obstacle courses, and more.
* Pizza and juice are provided for dinner.
* Please label everything you bring: i.e., water bottle, snack, a bag with diaper supplies, change of clothes, etc. **No sugar included in snacks, drinks, or food.**
* No sick children.
* No refunds. If you need to reschedule, please provide 24 hours notice to switch to the next available Parents' Night Out.
* Reserve a spot online as opposed to arriving without a reservation to ensure we properly staff this event.
