If you are interested in taking advantage of unlimited classes at My Gym, view our class schedule on-line, enroll online or schedule a trial classes using our "1 week for $29" promotion!

For Enrolled Members or Trials

You are already confirmed (enrolled) in your structured gym class.

You can come to additional age appropriate gym classes. We call these unlimited classes. Unlimited classes must be scheduled ahead of time through your online account (the same for open sessions).

You can schedule one unlimited class at a time, but PLEASE cancel if you are not able to attend those registered classes to allow others to come in your absence. You will not be guaranteed a spot in class if you do not register ahead of time using our online portal. Unlimited classes must be scheduled prior to the start of the class online, walk-ins are subject to availability of space in class and may be turned away. Classes that reach maximum enrollment will not allow additional students. We still need to maintain a safe student to teacher ratio! 

Practice & Plays (open session) are also unlimited and require prior registration!! 

Unlimited classes do not include camps or Pre-School Prep classes.

Why no make-ups? With unlimited classes, make ups are not necessary. You can come to as many classes as you like. It’s kind of like getting unlimited make-ups!

How do I schedule unlimited classes?

Members will use our interactive website or our "My Gym" app in the apple app store to chedule unlimited classes, book birthday parties, and update their account information online.

Below steps for using a web browser.  Visit our website mygym.com/brandon and claim your account using your little ones birth-date and your email address. Unsure about what’s on file? Ask a My Gym teacher next time you are in class or senus a text at 813.398.3713.

To begin, click "Schedule Classes" under "My Account."
 

1. Enter the email address you provided to the gym along with your first and last name.
   
2. Once the system identifies you, follow the steps to claim your account.
   
   • You will be asked  to confirm your child’s first name and date of birth to verify your information as it appears in your account at My Gym. You will only have to verify once.
     
3. Once your account is verified, you will be asked to confirm your information that we have on file, and select a password for future logins.
   
4. On your next visit to our website, you can simply log in using your email address and your password< >. If your account is not found, please create a new account or contact us at 813-398-6713 or brandon@mygym.com for assistance.
   
5. After login with your account you will access the Activity screen, under the enrolled child there is an option "Schedule Unlimited"click on the link to schedule your next class.   

How do I cancel an unlimited class booking?

Members can cancel their currently booked unlimited class by clicking on the "cancel unlimited"link (sample below).

How many unlimited classes can I schedule at once?

You can schedule ONLY ONE unlimited class at a time. The "Schedule Unlimited" link is available the day after your currently scheduled class has occurred i.e. if your class is scheduled today, the "Schedule Unlimited" option is available tomorrow.

We also recommend using Google chrome (browser) with our customer portal.
