Birthday Parties at My Gym

PARTY TIME! We’re so excited to have you join us at My Gym! To make your My Gym Party experience a GREAT one, here are a few things to know.

What’s included in my Party?

• My Gym parties are all inclusive, from start to finish! Set up, decorations, party favors, food, activities, and of course the clean up, are all included!
• Choose a smaller package option for a more 'DIY' style party!
• Add-on extra party time, theme upgrades, additional food, or other custom upgrades to any package!
• You have exclusive use of our facility and 2 amazing hosts to entertain your guests!

How am I billed?

• A non-refundable $200 deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your party date and time.
• The remainder of your balance isn't due until the date of your party.
  

Any other booking rules?

• Party slots go fast! Parties should be booked 4 weeks in advance, but occasionally we can accommodate a closer date. (just ask!)
• Choose any package now and make changes or upgrade up to 2 weeks before your party.
  • Custom quotes are available for additional party add-ons and custom themes!
• Multiple birthday kids? Host a joint party for an extra $50!
• Outside food is allowed, but must be approved.

My Gym Partners and Vendors?

• BC's Pizza provides tasty food for guests of all ages! Many packages include pizzas, but wings, flavored bread, and loaded potato wedges can be added to any party!
  
• Hero Alliance provides the Ultimate Character experience for almost any party theme! Add-on a princess or hero to make your kiddo's party the best ever!
