Cardio Kids (7-13 years old) on Fridays @ 16.50- 17.40
Cardio kids is a class that combines cardio exercises and muscular strength using light weights with endurance in the same workout. The class starts with stability and fundamental movement drills. The workout is built as circuits in which different exercises are performed. Building good healthy habits of going to the gym is a main goal!
At the end of each class the teachers dedicate a moment for discussing anatomy or nutritional topics.
