For Enrolled Members and Guest Experience Trials

You will be enrolled in your chosen gym class ("Home" class), so you never need to reserve that class ahead of time.

You can book up to 2 additional classes at a time (these reset the day after you complete your scheduled class).  We call these unlimited classes. Unlimited classes must be scheduled ahead of time thru your online account (instructions below).  

You can schedule 2 unlimited classes at a time. You will not be guaranteed a spot in class if you do not register ahead of time using our online portal. Unlimited classes must be scheduled prior to the start of the class online; walk-ins are subject to the availability of space in class and may be turned away. Classes that reach maximum enrollment will not allow additional students.  We still need to maintain safe student-to-teacher ratios! 

Open gyms must also be scheduled ahead of time. You will select the 'Drop-in' feature in your account to schedule open gyms. You may schedule 2 open gyms at a time.

Unlimited classes do not include Camps or Pre-School Prep classes.

How do I schedule unlimited classes?

Users can schedule unlimited classes, open gyms (drop-ins), book birthday parties, and update their account information online.

Visit our website and claim your account using your little one's birth-date and your email address. Unsure about what’s on file? Text us at 916-983-4496.

To begin, visit mygym.com/folsom and click "Register" under the "My Account" tab.

1. Enter the email address you provided to the gym along with your first and last name.
2. Once the system identifies you, follow the steps to claim your account.
   
   • You will be asked to confirm your child’s first name and date-of-birth to verify your information as it appears in your account at My Gym. You will only have to verify once.
3. Once your account is verified, you will be asked to confirm your information that we have on file, and select a password for future logins.
4. On your next visit to our website, you can simply log in using your email address and your password< >. If your account is not found, please create a new account or text or call us at 916-983-4496 or email us at elkgrove@mygym.com for assistance.
5. After login with your account, you will access the Activity screen; under the enrolled child, there is a "Schedule Unlimited" option. Click on the link to schedule your next class.   

How do I cancel an unlimited class booking?

Members can cancel their currently booked unlimited class by clicking on the "cancel unlimited" link.

How many unlimited classes can I schedule at once?

You can schedule TWO unlimited classes at a time. If you have 2 scheduled, your link will be available the day after you come to the unlimited class.
