How Does Enrollment Work?

My Gym High Desert Enrollment Policies

Tuition & Attendance: Tuition is billed every 4 consecutive weeks and includes one structured class and all Practice and Plays on the schedule. Practice and Plays are an added bonus to being enrolled in classes, and missed attendance at Practice & Play cannot be made up. If you miss a payment, once payment is received, it will go towards the previous week(s) of your current billing cycle, and your next payment will be due 4 weeks from your original payment date

Make-up Classes: Whenever your child is absent from class, he or she will get a make-up class added to their account. Make-ups must be scheduled in advance. Please text (760)646-8841 or use our online scheduling to book a make-up class. You have 4 weeks to make-up any missed class. They will expire after 4 weeks. If you cancel your tuition, all make-ups must be used before the date of your last class.  Any unused make-ups will be lost after the date of your last class. 

Cancellations: Enrollment in classes is a continuous payment plan. Your child will automatically remain enrolled in classes at My Gym until an official Cancellation Request Form has been completed. It is agreed that, when the form has been received, the member will be responsible for one final payment on the next scheduled date. This agreement will terminate 4 weeks from that last scheduled payment.

Things to Know:

·         Membership is a one-time fee only and is valid for all children in the same family. You continue to remain a My Gym Member even when not enrolled in a class. Membership transfers to other My Gym’s if you move. Membership is required to attend classes. Members (enrolled or not) receive discounts on Parents’ Night Out, Camps, and Birthday Parties.

·         Non-enrolled siblings may attend Practice & Play for $5. Practice & Play is a parent-supervised activity. Parents must be on the gym floor during these times.

Tuition Rates

One Class per week and unlimited practice and plays- $99 per four weeks. Siblings receive an additional discount.

Unlimited Classes and unlimited practice and plays- $165 per four weeks.

Lifetime Family Membership Fee: $50 (Required to enroll in classes)
