The MyGym Hornsby Class Card is designed to offer flexibility and convenience for families who wish to attend MyGym Hornsby classes without committing to a full membership and no more waiting in line at the entrance. Here are the key rules and guidelines for using the class card:
1. Class Card Availability: The class card can be purchased for a specific number of classes, offering a set amount of sessions that can be used over a defined period.
2. Valid for Specific Classes: The class card is typically valid for certain MyGym Hornsby gym classes.
3. Booking Required: To attend a class, you must book at least 6 hours in advance and reserve a spot. Class availability may vary depending on demand, so early booking is recommended.
4. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 2 hours before class. If notice is received after the class has started, one credit will be deducted.
5. Expiry Date: The class card is usually valid for a set period (e.g.,3 months, 6 months or 1 year) from the date of purchase (This time does not include any paused period).
6. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: Class cards are non-refundable it is already a discounted product, as it is purchased in bulk and used up in one go. It cannot be transferred to other individuals or accounts. Make sure to use your classes within the designated time frame.
7. Flexible Usage: You can use the classes for different age groups and programs, but it’s important to confirm any specific requirements or age restrictions before booking.
8. Unused Classes: If for any reason you are unable to use all your classes, please reach out to MyGym’s customer service for possible options or extensions, depending on your situation.

3. Eligible Programs & Age Requirements: Holders of this package may choose classes from Artventure Art – Little Picassos or MyGym Fitness programs. Class participation must adhere to the designated age group requirements for each program.
4. Advance Booking Requirement: All classes must be booked in advance. Walk-in participation will not be permitted once a class has reached its maximum capacity.
5. Minimum Booking Notice: Bookings must be made at least 6 hours prior to the class start time. Customers who arrive without a booking (“walk-ins”) accept full responsibility for any changes to the schedule or unavailability of a class.
6. Late Arrival Policy: In accordance with program safety and quality standards, entry will not be permitted more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. Late arrivals will be treated as an absence, and one class will be deducted from the package.
7. Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend a booked class due to unforeseen circumstances, you must notify the centre as early as possible via email, SMS, or other approved communication channels. Cancellations made after the class has commenced will be considered an absence, and one class will be deducted from the package.
