Cancellation/Freeze Policies

Although we know everyone loves coming to My Gym classes, we also understand that sometimes schedules get busy, and life gets crazy, and there may come a time when you need to put your account on hold or cancel classes for a bit. Here is a quick reminder on the My Gym cancellation/freeze policy. 

In order to put your account on hold, you must come to the gym in person, to fill out a freeze form. You need to give us a 30-day notice and your freeze will then go in to effect. 

There are two ways you can cancel:

- You can come into the gym and fill out a cancellation form with one of our coaches.

- Emails and phone calls are NOT acceptable forms of cancellation.

Our hours of operation are as follows:

Monday-Thursday: 8:00 am- 7:30 pm

Fridays: 8:00 am- 6:00 pm

Saturday: 8:00 am- 2:00 pm

Sunday: 8:00 am-12:00 pm

Please stop by and see a coach within our business hours and we will be more than happy to assist you.
