Cancellation/Freeze Policies

Although we know everyone loves coming to My Gym classes, we also understand that sometimes schedules get busy, and life gets crazy, and there may come a time when you need to put your account on hold or cancel classes for a bit. Here is a quick reminder of the My Gym cancellation/freeze policy. 

In order to put your account on hold, you must come to the gym in person, to fill out a freeze form. You need to give us a 30-day notice and your freeze will then go into effect. 

There are two ways you can cancel:

- You can come into the gym and fill out a cancellation form with one of our coaches.

- Emails and phone calls are NOT acceptable forms of cancellation.

Our hours of operation are as follows:

Monday and Wednesday: 8:00 am- 7:30 pm

Tuesday and Thursday: Call or Text to set up a time

Fridays: 8:00 am- 5:00 pm

Saturday: 8:00 am- 2:00 pm

Please stop by and see a coach within our business hours and we will be more than happy to assist you. Due to COVID we ask families call or text to notify the coaches you are coming.
