Policies and FAQ
My Gym is a members only facility. There is a one time, lifetime membership fee before enrolling into classes. Membership is valid for your entire family. Members receive special discounts for camps, birthday parties, and events! The one-time fee is $75.
Class tuition is on a 4-week recurring billing cycle for all programs. To ensure that the appropriate number of trained staff are available, we do not operate as a drop-in facility.
Enrollment Flexibility and Recurring Billing
Enrollment entails one structured class and one Practice and Play each week. You can cancel at any time with a payment notice. Your payment notice requires the Cancellation Request Form to be signed and submitted through your online file or in person with a teacher. Once that final payment goes through, you will get those 4 weeks to take any unused make-ups along with the last 4 classes. Refunds are not issued.
If you miss a class we encourage you to schedule a make-up. For make-ups, you can attend any age appropriate class that has spots available. Make-up classes are only valid up to 4 weeks from the day of absence, and must be scheduled at least 12 hours in advance online or with a teacher.
You are able to freeze your account (and keep your current tuition rate) for extended periods of time with a one payment notice. This payment will be held in store credit until you return to classes, and will act as your first tuition payment back.
Practice & Play
Class tuition and membership allow you to bring a currently enrolled child free of charge to unlimited Practice & Plays! This is Parent Participation for all ages; please remember socks are required for adults and children are barefoot on the gym floor. Please help maintain the integrity of the equipment by not sitting or lounging on mats. During Practice & Play, children have unstructured play time with a parent/guardian, as well as skill stations and adventures set up by the teachers.
Are Siblings allowed on the gym floor?
We understand that at times younger or older siblings may have time off from school and need to come to the gym during class. We do no allow siblings on the gym floor, as we focus on age-appropriate fitness. The only exception to this rule is a younger sibling in an infant carrier (Example: Backpack, front carrier or Baby Bjorn). This child must stay in the infant carrier during class. You are more than welcome to bring toys, games, or coloring books for older siblings to play in the lobby.
