This is a grown up work out class that incorporates your little ones in to the routine. Just because we are all stuck at home, doesn't mean we cant still have fun and stay in shape. Classes are designed for all abilities.
Family Yoga LIVEYoga for the whole family
Family yoga classes are active and playful encouraging sensory and motor development and building social skills. Children will strengthen their bodies with yoga poses and gross motor activities and learn how to focus through breathing. Activities include age-appropriate poses, breathing exercises, partner poses between parent and child, and cooperative games.
Tykes/Waddlers/Gymsters LIVE6 months to 30 months
Our youngest My Gym Kids and their parents are led through a variety of gentle stretches, exercises, songs, dances, and more. This fun “parent and me” class also includes physical skills that help the little ones develop strength, balance, and confidence. Babies and toddlers alike will discover their natural abilities and enhance their physical and cognitive development.
Waddlers\Gymsters/Terrific Tots LIVE14 months to 3.25 years
During this captivating class, the youngsters are engaged as they warm up, sing, dance, watch puppet shows, and practice their physical skills. The teachers, along with parents, will guide them through basic tumbling and gymnastics skills – no gymnastics experience required! The children feel great about themselves as they practice and improve gross and fine motor skills, balance, and agility.
Preschool Prep LIVE2 yrs to 5 yrs
As experts in early child development, we understand how pre-kindergarten education impacts children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development. Now, when children are staying safe at home, it is especially important for preschoolers to have opportunities to practice and develop their emerging skills. In our commitment to educate the whole child, we now offer the My Gym Preschool Prep Program - LIVE on Zoom! Preschool Prep focuses on making learning enjoyable and interactive, not passive. Our friendly and nurturing teachers lead children and parents through a rich 30-minute curriculum that repeats throughout the week so that kids have a chance to master their skills.
Pre-ballet introduces the fundamentals of a structured dance class in a fun, noncompetitive way! Children will gain confidence as they learn basic ballet vocabulary, are taught basic stretches and barre exercises, and are given opportunities to move to music. This class is designed to encourage an early love of dance!
Family Cardio Workout LIVEA cardio workout for the whole family
These high-energy classes are designed to be so much fun while giving the whole family a safe heartbeat-raising workout. Classes focus on developing strength, stamina, and agility with conditioning exercises and Yoga. These classes are meant to do with as a whole family but older kids can join solo as well.
Mighty Mites/Whiz Kids LIVE3.25 years to 6 years
The kids in this class are lavished with positive reinforcement for self-reliance and following directions. Strength, flexibility, and agility are increased as our teachers introduce physical skills with language geared to build self-esteem and confidence. Balancing activities, basic gymnastics, and beginning sports skills in this program lead to increased strength, enhanced manipulative ability, and improved hand-eye coordination.
Hip-Hop/Kids Zumba LIVE3.5-11 yrs
Hip-Hop/Kids Zumba is the perfect class for children who want to dance, stay active, and learn how to freestyle! Musicality, rhythm, and creative movement are key components of this fun, urban/street-style dance class that teaches boys and girls alike to step, stomp, and shake it out. Students will do a small dance performance for parents at the end of each class! Students should wear something comfortable they can move around and have fun in (no jeans) and barefoot.
Tae Kwon Do LIVETae Kwon Do
My Gym Martial Arts incorporates all the protocol and discipline of a more traditional martial arts studio, but in a unique and fun manner for our students. The physical benefits are profound, as children practice kicking, punching, blocking, yelling, stretching, running and jumping during each interactive class.
Superhero Training LIVE6 years to 10 years
These high-energy classes are designed to be so much fun while giving kids a safe heartbeat-raising workout. Classes focus on developing strength, stamina, and agility with conditioning exercises, yoga, sports skills, martial arts, and ninja training prep activities. Kids will be challenged mentally and physically while having a blast!
Gymnastics Conditioning LIVE5 years - 11 years
Children will work on perfecting basic gymnastics skills that includes conditioning skills. Students work on adding motor skill, strength and flexibility development throughout class. Class is taught in the same positive, encouraging environment that children are accustomed to in every My Gym Program.
