Policy & Procedures 2024

Dear Families,

  We are always so excited to teach children and have you part of our My Gym Family!  I just thought it would be a good idea to clarify our Policy & procedures.  All of these Policies are put in place for a variety of reasons.  Our classes are age appropriately structured and have been created to help with so many lessons to help children as young as 8 months - 8 years learn how to socialize, interact by play, follow directions and also strengthen developmental skills that come about with growing!

Upon Enrollment:  We run our classes on a Re-occurring Billing System (RBS) There is a 2-month minimum commitment- Meaning you enroll for 1 specific class per week, you attend it consecutively for 8 weeks.  During that time, you will see your first charge when you enroll and then a second charge halfway thru.  After your 8 weeks you will continue to get charged and enjoy the fun and come to class until you put a cancellation in.  We require a 30 day notice to cancel-if you do not give us the 30 day notice you could be subject to 1 more charge prior to cancelling out.

Make-ups:  We require you to mark your absence online prior to missing a class. Once you mark your absence.  There is a 4-week expiration for missed classes, so call or email us to schedule a makeup class. If you do put a cancellation in all makeups must be completed by your last class date.  We do not give credits for missed classes.

Sick Policy: We try so hard to make My Gym a fun healthy learning environment!  We ask for you to do your part, if you or your child are showing signs of illness please stay home.  The children don't have fun when they feel under weather, when they start running, they start coughing and it sounds horrible.  Once your child is symptom free for 24hrs they may return back to the facility!  So, please keep us healthy!!
