Cancellation/ Freeze Policy

Although we know everyone loves coming to My Gym classes, we also understand that sometimes schedules get busy, and life gets crazy, and there may come a time when you need to put your account on hold for a bit or cancel altogether. Here is a quick reminder on the My Gym cancellation/freeze policy. 

In order to put your account on hold, you must come to the gym in person, to fill out a freeze form.

There are two ways you can cancel:

- You can come into the gym and fill out a cancellation form with one of our coaches.

- You can send us a certified letter in the mail to 10950 San Jose Blvd. Suite 10 Jacksonville, FL 32223.

- Emails, texts, and phone calls are NOT acceptable forms of cancellation.

 

Our hours of operation are as follows:

Tuesday-Thursday: 8:30 am- 7:30 pm

Friday: 8:30am-2:30pm

Saturday: 8:30 am- 2:00 pm

Sunday & Monday: Closed

Please stop by and see a coach within our business hours and we will be more than happy to assist you!
