Things you should know when booking your My Gym Party:
- The Premier Celebration is subject to availability and requires a 2-hour time slot. If another party is scheduled directly after yours, we may be unable to accommodate the full 2-hour duration. In such cases, we will adjust your package to the Deluxe or Grand Celebration and notify you accordingly.
- Restrictions and rules may apply to each package. Packages are subject to change.
- Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled party time. Our staff will be busy setting up for your party.
- Children three years and under must be accompanied by an adult on the gym floor.
- All guests must sign in for liability purposes using the tablet or laptop.
- We will contact you to confirm the details on Monday, the week of the birthday party. Once details are confirmed, we will not be able to change anything including add ons & upgrades.
- Tax is not included and will be balanced out at the end of the party.
- Adults must wear socks on the gym floor.
- My Gym is a nut-free zone.
- Please mention if your child has any food allergies.
- We encourage you to open gifts at home.
- Please no sparkling candles or smoke machines.
- We recommend keeping outside food and drinks to a minimum. All food and drink must remain in our party room.
