1. What are the party time options?

1)Saturdays 1:45-3:15 pm. For a 2-hour party, it will be 1:45-3:45 pm.

2)Saturdays & Sundays 5:30-7:00 pm. For a 2-hour party, it will be 5:30-7:30 pm.

 

2. How do I book the party?

You can book online on our website, or call us at 778-859-9680, or come in and book in person! You only need to pay a $100 non-refundable deposit (which will be deducted from the total payment) to secure your time slot and the rest of the payment will be paid on the day of the party. 

 

3. Until when I am allowed to change my package and party details?

Please allow at least a week if you need to make any changes regarding package and party details. We will get in touch 5-7 days before your party date to help finalize your requests. You can update your add-ons with your account online until 7 days from the party date.

 

4. What do 2 party specialists do for my party?

Your 2 party specialists are your group activity organizers and energizers, cake cutters, inquiry solvers, and party shakers! They are essentially the hosts and more. Party specialists carry out the games and activities catered to your child and guests while maintaining a positive, energetic environment and of course the fun. They communicate with you to make sure everything is going smoothly and are there to make sure your child has the best birthday ever!

 


5. Am I allowed to bring outside food?

Yes! You are allowed to bring outside food and drink (Ready-to-eat and no alcohol).

 

 

6. How many people are allowed in my party?

Our max facility capacity is of 50 people. Each package has the max number of kids per package, we will count the number of children attending the party. There will be a fee for each child above the package limit. For adults, we just asked that you keep the overall number (kids+adults) up to our capacity limit.

 

7. What kind of decorations will My Gym provide?

ALL parties get the basics: balloon flowers, pink or blue backdrop, cake tablecloth, children’s tablecloth, and a happy birthday sign.  However, if you choose to add on a theme(additional fees), your party will be decorated with extra themed decors and themed paper plates and napkins will be included for the children (we have over 40+ themes they range from Princesses, Avengers, Cars, Frozen, Peppa pig, Spider-Man, Pokémon, etc; please, call and check with us for all our themes), and your party program will have the themed ingredients too.

 

 

8. Do I need to clean up the party before I leave?

Cleanup is nice and simple at My Gym---Take the things you’d like to take home and we dispose of everything else!
