Free Friend Friday – Guest Registration Form

Welcome to Free Friend Friday at My Gym River Forest!


This form is for friends of currently enrolled members only. If you were personally invited by a currently enrolled My Gym family, please complete this form to create a guest profile and reserve your child’s spot. One form per child. Required My Gym Brand Gripper socks must be purchased to participate, they are $3.50 and can be purchased at the front desk.

👉 Limit: One Free Friend Friday visit per month per family.

This means your child may attend only one Free Friend Friday between June and August. To keep this offer special, each guest must be a new family who has never attended My Gym River Forest before.

🎈 Choose one of the following age-appropriate Friday classes:

-Gymsters/Terrific Tots – 9:15–10:05 AM

-Practice & Play – 10:20–11:10 AM

-Siblings & Friends – 11:30 AM–12:30 PM
