Membership

My Gym offers a lifetime family membership that allows members to enroll in classes as well as receive discounts on birthday parties, camps, and special events. Memberships are transferable to all My Gyms in Australia.

Tuition

Class tuition is based on a two-week recurring cycle. Each tuition payment entitles members to one structured class per week and one Practice & Play. A minimum of five recurring payments is required upon enrolling. Afterwards,  a cancelation form can be submitted at any time to cancel the membership for one final payment prior to the next recurring charge date.

Alternatively, class tuition can be prepaid in 10 classes package, 20 classes package and 40 classes package. Please contact your local My Gym Center for more details.

Practice & Play

As an added benefit to being enrolled in classes, members are entitled to attend one fun filled Practice & Play per week. Here, children are free to explore each week's unique gym layout in an unstructured, parent supervised environment. A staff member will be on the floor encouraging the children to practice some of the skills being worked on in class that week. 

What if I can't attend my regular class one week?

When you are unable to attend a class you will receive a Make-up class! Make-ups are a customer-friendly solution for when a scheduled class cannot be attended. Whether your little one is under the weather or you are out of town, a make-up can be scheduled with in four weeks from the absent date. Simply send us an email to schedule the make-up prior to the absence. Class schedule is available online.

Freeze

Freeze can be issued for a maximum period of four billing cycles (8 weeks). Further, freeze will begin no sooner than 14 days from the date the request is received Please ask a My Gym representative for details

Siblings

We understand that it is not always possible to attend My Gym with only the child who is enrolled. Unfortunately, for safety reasons, we are not able to allow siblings in the play space during classes; however, we will work with you to find a solution. Infants can be worn in a Bjorn style holder or left in infant carriers. Preschoolers can sit at the counter with coloring books, electronic devices, etc. where you will have a constant eye on them.
