Your Child is the STAR of the Party!

Exclusive Use of Entire Facility
• 1.5 or 2-Hour Private Party (Additional cost for 2-hour party)
• Add an additional half-hour for more games & fun!
• 2-hour party must be the last party of the day
• Emphasis is on constant activity for the children. We encourage you to open gifts at home.
• Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your party. Our staff will be busy preparing for your event.

Up to 18 Children
• Each party package is capped at a specific number of children to ensure safety and high-quality experiences. Our staff is trained and scheduled around these limits. Sorry, we’re unable to accommodate additional children past the party package maximum
• We do not count the birthday child in our total party count, but any babies or children in the gym, participating or not, will be counted.
• Children 3 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
• My Gym gripper socks are required for all children participating in the gym. Socks are included for each participating child in attendance.

2 My Gym party specialists
• Sit back, relax and enjoy the fun! We take care of all the setup and clean-up.
• Besides providing loads of fun and entertainment, we will serve food and drinks for the children and adults.
• We’ve cut and served thousands of cakes! Before you know it, the children and adults will all have been served/offered cake by your My Gym party specialists.
• Gratuities are gladly accepted!

Serving Items
• Solid color tablecloths are included (choice of blue, red, green, pink, or purple)
• My Gym paper goods included (cake plates, napkins, forks)
• Additional paper goods and utensils are typically unnecessary but encouraged for added refreshments you plan to serve (bowls, knives, spoons, serving spoons, etc.)
• Host provided plates, napkins and forks, must be dropped off in advance for party set up

Decorations
• Solid balloon table decorations will be included (limited colors available)
• Ask about our themed upgrade add-on option for select character themed paper goods, decor, games and more. Contact us about the current themes we are offering!
• Please share your theme choice no later than one week before your party so have time to bring the fun to life!
• Option to add on My Gym birthday crowns, souvenir My Gym spoons, souvenir My Gym birthday cup for birthday child

Food and Drinks
• Option to bring your own food
• Option to bring in drinks for children and adults (individually packaged items only please)
• Option to add on pizza for children and/or adults
• Pizza orders will include plain plates and napkins
• NOTE: pizza orders will include a $10 fee to cover delivery, tax and tip
• Please be advised that we do not allow pizza from other vendors
• Option to add on child juice boxes
• Option to add on water bottles for adults in attendance
