This high-energy camp is perfect for kids ready to take on new challenges, build confidence, and have an absolute blast while moving their bodies!
Our pint-sized ninjas will jump into:
💥 Obstacle courses that challenge strength + coordination
💥 Agility drills that build speed, focus, and control
💥 Fun conditioning games that strengthen the heart and body
🧘‍♀️ Cool-down yoga to stretch, reset, and recharge

Our Dance Camp brings the energy with exciting styles like Hip Hop, Jazz, Lyrical, Theater, Urban/Street Style, Pop, Modern, and more! But this camp is about so much more than learning dance moves—it's about helping kids build confidence, creativity, musicality, rhythm, and the freedom to express themselves through movement.
At My Gym, our Dance Program has always been the heart of our afternoons. We focus on the performing side of dance, teaching students to feel comfortable in their own skin and understand that dance is about movement, expression, and confidence above all else.
We take the pressure out of dance and empower every child to discover their own unique style while becoming the best version of themselves on the dance floor. Whether your child already loves to dance or is just getting started, this is the perfect opportunity for them to stay active, gain confidence, and explore a variety of dance styles in a fun and supportive environment.

At the end of each camp, families will get a front-row seat to watch the dancers show off everything they've learned!
