Thank you so much for celebrating with us at My Gym. We hope your child had an amazing time moving, playing, and making memories with friends. As part of select birthday party packages, we’re excited to invite you back for a FREE My Gym class.
This page explains how to redeem your free class and what to expect. Please read carefully so we can make your visit smooth and fun.

🎈 Who Receives Free Classes?
Free classes are included only with Deluxe and Premier Celebration packages.

🎂 Birthday Child

Deluxe Celebration: 2 FREE classes

Premier Celebration: 4 FREE classes
Important notes for the birthday child:

All free classes must be scheduled within 2 months of the party date

Classes must be used consecutively

Classes must be scheduled in advance

🎉 Party Guests

1 FREE class per guest child

Available only if the host booked a Deluxe or Premier Celebration

Free class must be scheduled within 2 months of the party date

Free classes are not included with Grand Celebrations.

✅ How to Redeem Your Free Class
To redeem your free class, registration is required for every party guest and birthday child, even if you have visited My Gym before.

Step 1: Complete the RSVP and Waiver
All families must complete the RSVP and waiver before attending a class. This is required every time a free class is redeemed so we can ensure safety and accurate records.
We do verify attendance and party participation on our end.

Step 2: Submit the Free Class Request Form

Please complete the form linked below. This helps us confirm party details and reserve your spot.
The form will ask for:

Child’s full name

Parent or guardian name

Birthday party attended

Party date

Preferred class date

Preferred class time

Step 3: Wait for Confirmation

Once we receive your form and verify the party, our team will confirm your class registration.
Please do not arrive without confirmation, as space is limited.

⏰ Important Time Frame

All free classes must be:

Scheduled within 2 months of the party date

Used within that same 2-month window
Free classes expire after 2 months and cannot be extended.

Q: Why do I need to register and sign the waiver again?
       Safety is our top priority. Waivers and RSVPs help us:
       Maintain accurate attendance records
       Ensure proper supervision and staffing
       Keep every child safe and accounted for

Even if you’ve attended My Gym before, this step is required for each party redemption.

Q: Why is there a strict 2-month expiration?
       Free classes are a special thank-you tied directly to the birthday celebration.

       The time frame helps us:

           Manage class capacity fairly
           Ensure availability for enrolled members
           Keep scheduling organized and predictable

We truly appreciate your understanding and encourage you to schedule early so you don’t miss out.

Q: Can free classes be transferred or shared?
      Free classes are non-transferable and may only be used by the child listed on the form.

Q: What if I miss my scheduled class?
       Missed classes may result in forfeiture of the free class. If something comes up, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help when      space allows.
