Our My Gym Kids and their parents are led through a variety of gentle stretches, exercises, songs, dances, and more. This fun “parent and me” class also includes physical skills that help the little ones develop strength, balance, and confidence. The teachers, along with parents, will guide them through basic tumbling and gymnastics skills – no gymnastics experience required! Babies and toddlers alike will discover their natural abilities and enhance their physical and cognitive development.
