How do I schedule a My Gym party?
It's easy! For your convenience, you can book directly on our website HERE. All you have to do is click on the pink "Choose This Package" button and it will take you to a drop-down calendar that shows currently available times. Party packages can be changed up to 1 week prior to party date.
How long are My Gym parties?
Our parties are 2 HOURS. We encourage you to open presents at home, allowing as much play time as possible. We do allow for a free grace period of 10 minutes before the start time for set up and 10 minutes after for clean-up. If you arrive earlier or stay later there will be an additional charge due of $10 for each 5 minutes over your party rental period.  
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a $150 deposit is required to reserve your party date and time. The remaining balance is due and payable at the end of your party. The deposit is non-refundable unless cancelled (given store credit) or rescheduled at least 60 days prior to your party date.
What happens at a My Gym Party?
Our fun and friendly party specialists will develop a custom party with games and activities just for your child! Based on the age and number of children, they will plan out a super fun experience. For our younger parties, or those with large age gaps between the children, we will set up fun adventures like obstacle courses, a parachute house with puppets, songs and dances, and swing time. For the older kids we can set up Ninja courses, play agility games, and swing from rings and trapezes. If you're currently enrolled and your child has a favorite game or activity, we will make sure it is incorporated in the party! The first 90 minutes of the party includes activities on the gym floor, then the guests will come to the lobby for food and cake and to sing Happy Birthday. 5 minutes before the end of your party, the party specialists will start to pack up all your items and any presents brought to make it easy and simple for you to enjoy those last few minutes of the party. When your guests have left, we will take final payment from you and help bring things to the car as needed. 
How many children can I invite?
Each party package includes up to 15 children (including the birthday child). Our MAXIMUM number of children is 25. PLEASE NOTE any amount of children numbering more than 20 increases risk of injury. Staff will do their best to accomodate and create a fun atmosphere but structured games and activities will be extremely difficult to lead.
What if I have more than the number of children allotted in each package?
Additional guests are welcome with Deluxe or Premier party packages! There is a an extra charge of $20 per additional child over the specified number included in your party package (excludes Grand Celebration packages). The maximum number of children allowed on the gym floor is 25.  This number does not include infants who are in baby carriers or held for the entire party, but it does include any children who are on the gym floor or equipment regardless of age. Babies as young as 3 months are welcome to enjoy our equipment, and we can bring out baby specific items to keep them entertained while the big kids play. If you end up having more children attending than are included in your package, the extra child fee will apply. For example, you booked the Deluxe package, but 18 children attend, at the end of the party an extra $60 will be billed on your invoice. 
Does My Gym provide favors/goodie bags?
Yes! My Gym party favor bags are included with Premier party packages or can be purchased for $5.50 each as an add-on. Our My Gym party favor bags include My Gym bubble tubes, My Gym activity pad and crayons, My Gym stickers, sticky hands, spin tops, pre-inked stamps, and more - includes 8-9 toys.
What time should I arrive at the party?
We ask that the host arrives no more than 5-10 minutes prior to their scheduled party, as we will be cleaning & preparing the gym for the birthday party - as well as allowing the party prior to yours to exit. You are welcome to drop any décor, paper goods, etc. off ahead of time for us to set up prior to your arrival. **If you require more time for a "Pinterest-style" set up, please inquire about adding additional time to the party for set-up at an add-on cost. Please note, for back-to-back parties with no additional setup time added, extravagant setups will be pushed into guest arrival - get with us to determine the best plan for your party.
Is there an additional charge for parents and/or caregivers?
There is no additional charge for parents or caregivers and but we ask that you limit the number of adults who can attend to 25 max. We've done LOTS of parties with more adults than kids.
Is each child required to have a signed waiver?
For insurance purposes, ALL children must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent or guardian. My Gym provides you a link to the party RSVP to send out to guests that will come in your confirmation email. We also have a custom QR code for guests to use for completing the waiver when they arrive should they forget to do it ahead of time. 
Do I need to stay at the party?
The party host is required to stay at the party. Parents of children age 4 and younger are required to accompany their children on the gym floor. However, other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun!  
Are socks required?
For safety purposes, we ask for children to go barefoot and for parents to wear socks. Including this in the invitations helps everyone be prepared on party day. Extra socks are available to purchase for $3 should adults forget them. The host parent is also welcome to bring extra socks in for guests.
Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the gym?
You are welcome to use your own decorations or paper products; we do not allow ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti (choke-hazard), or glitter of any kind. Please keep in mind there is limited setup time between parties when planning decorations. Decorations we suggest include: a Happy Birthday wall sign, tabletop decorations, and helium-filled balloons on weights. There are so many fun things to do in the gym we promise you do not need a fancy set up to make your party amazing! if you choose to bring your own paper products or book the Grand package we ask for you to please provide enough plates, napkins, and forks for all your party guests. Since paper products are not included in the Grand package there will be an additional fee should you need to use ours. Additionally, with the Deluxe or Premier package, you're welcome to bring in your own paper goods, but credits or substitutions are not provided for doing so. 
Do you provide setup and clean-up?
Absolutely! We will do ALL the set up of the gym and clean-up afterward. Need help with decorations? We can help but any Pinterest-style decorations need to be planned in advance.
Are gratuities (tips) appropriate?
Gratuities for our staff are always welcome and appreciated for a job well done. We promise they will be working hard to make sure it’s an amazing one-of-a kind celebration for your child and guests.
When will you contact me for details about my party?
We will call you the week prior to the party to go over the details of your party including party package selection, # of kids attending, any themes or add-ons to include, music and game requests, as well as a few other questions. My Gym also now offers themed party add-ons!
Themed party add-ons includes themed plates, themed napkins, tabletop decorations, 6 themed air-filled balloons to take home, themed music, and themed games and activities. Themes are a $65 add-on to any package. We offer 20+ different themes - we do require at least 1 weeks notice to ensure we can get the items we need.
Can I bring food to my party?
You may bring your own food. We've had families bring pizza, sandwiches, cake, cupcakes, cookies, prepackaged dry snacks (chips, pretzels or popcorn), etc. The last 30 minutes of the party will be for enjoying any food you bring. No food or drink is allowed on the gym floor at any time. For the consideration of those with food allergies we also ask that no peanut/nut products are brought onto the premises as we are a nut free facility.
Can I bring in my own drinks?
You are welcome to provide non-alcoholic drinks for your guests. You may also provide juice boxes/small waters for the children. Individually packaged beverages are required, no open cups please, and we highly recommend a ice chest or cooler. For your safety and enjoyment, food and beverages are not permitted on the gym floor. No alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed.
Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?
If you will be bringing a cake or cupcakes, please bring candles. For your convenience, we have lighters on hand.  And socks for parents ($3) are available. While we don't supply them, you are welcome to bring in helium balloons for decoration.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my party?
Please call us to cancel or reschedule your party as soon as possible. We require at least a 60-day advance notice if you need to reschedule your party without loss of deposit.
