**PLEASE REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING**
❌ No Walk-ins or Drop-ins
For safety and structure, we do not allow walk-ins for classes or Practice & Play. All sessions must be reserved in advance online or via our app.
❄️ Freezes, Cancellations ( All Must be done via your account, not by text messages or in person)
Freeze = FREE.
Cancellations: Require 30-day notice via your online account, Which means there will be one more payment. Cancellation of membership must be completed online by the Payer prior to the next scheduled billing date. If cancellation is not completed before the billing date, the next 28-day charge will be processed and no refunds will be issued, as permitted under Florida law.
In addition to recurring Membership Charges, the Payer authorizes the Provider to charge the card on file for school-related items and services, including but not limited to:
Socks, merchandise & snacks, Special events, Activities,Services , and Other student-related expenses approved by the Provider
These charges may be processed at the time the item or service is provided without additional authorization.
Refunds: Not available — account credit only on your My Gym Account.

Recurring Payments: Every 4 weeks – $139/regular schedule tuitiondepending on class type.

Siblings receive 20% off tuition.

🧪 Trial Class Reminder
You are automatically enrolled after your trial unless you cancel beforehand.
The first month is non-refundable.
One trial per 6 month.

Trials- Please remember that if you do not cancel out, you will be auto-enrolled into our program, and the first month is non-refundable. You can enroll in two trial per Calendar year from the date of your first trial experience 6 months apart, and our system will flag your account. If you have any questions, please notify the gym ASAP.
Your enrollment includes unlimited age-appropriate structured class per week & unlimited access to our open gym times, known as "Practice & Play.
What’s Included in Enrollment:
My Gym runs on a four-week recurring payment plan. Your next payment will be four weeks from your first class. We do not allow "WAlk-INS or DROP-INS." You can view your upcoming payments and transaction history under the "payment" tab online or on our app! You can also update your payment on file through the "payment" tab.
We have no membership fees; siblings receive 20% off their tuition when they enroll.
🎉 Practice & Play Guidelines:
Register online each week for Practice & Play as a Drop-in class. You may register by the hour up to a week in advance—we do not accept walk-ins. You may attend up to one session daily in addition to your regularly scheduled class (space provided). Once logged in, click "Classes" listed on the home page. Then, click your child's name. Click on "Schedule Practice and Play" and follow the prompts.
**The Practice & Play will close once it reaches capacity. If you cannot make the scheduled time, please cancel online so our system can open up the spot for another member.
IMPORTANT NEED TO KNOW:
Sock Policy:
Adults must wear socks while on the gym floor, and children are now required to wear My Gym Super Gripper Socks. Click here to purchase socks. If you forget your socks, they will be available in the gym or on your account.
Cancellation Policy:
We require a 30-day cancellation; you must cancel via your account before your next payment date to stop all charges on the card on file. One final payment must go through.
Adult Participation:
Parents and Caregivers (18 years or older) are responsible for constantly supervising their children during adult participation classes and Practice and Play programs. Always be within arm's reach or less of your child and ready to assist as your little one explores the gym and equipment. Be prepared to be hands-on throughout all activities to help your child flourish and grow from class to class!
Makeups:
You will receive a makeup when you miss your weekly class, which can be scheduled online through your account. Makeups expire after six weeks.
Absences:
If you know you cannot attend class due to sickness, appointment, vacation, etc., you MUST mark yourself absent in advance online or with our app! Go to the "upcoming visits" tab and mark yourself absent. You will then receive your makeup instantly!
Sick Policy:
If you or your little one are sick, please stay home and schedule a makeup. If you come to the gym sick, we will ask you to come another day so we can keep everyone at the gym healthy! My Gym Viera complies with all regulations Brevard County's Public Health Department imposes.
Siblings:
Siblings not enrolled in class are not allowed on the gym floor. Though we wish we could invite them to participate, we cannot accommodate them due to class size and safety constraints. Younger (infant) siblings can be on the gym floor if they're in their infant car carrier seat or worn by you in a structured carrier. Older siblings can remain in the lobby, viewable from the gym floor, and bring quiet activities or use items in the sibling corner (coloring, tablet, books, etc.) Anyone under 18 can not watch your child during class or Practice and play.
Remember, we have a fantastic Siblings class option for ages 3 months to 6 years! You also receive 20% off your additional children's enrollment. When all kids are enrolled, they can access all Practices and plays for $10 and share their makeups!
Cell phones:
If you need to make a call or text, please take your little one to the lobby so we can have all eyes on the gym floor. We encourage you to take pictures, but please be mindful to take photos/videos of only your child unless you have permission from the other child's parent.
What steps can I take to keep my child safe at My Gym?
*Although our centers have rare accidents, all physical programs have inherent risks. We carefully design our curriculum and gym setup to be safe. Your help following all safety policies and in-class announcements will maximize your child's safety at My Gym. Also, remember that each class is created to help develop each age group's fine and gross motor skills, spatial awareness, and Cognitive development.
*Children must wear My Gym Super Grip Socks when participating in class and grip the floor and equipment correctly while running and climbing. You can purchase your My Gym Sock HERE. All adults, however, MUST wear socks.
Parents/caregivers are responsible for supervising their children during parent participation classes and the Practice and Play program. Always be within arm's reach or less of your child's reach and ready to assist as your little one explores the gym and equipment.
Please wash your hands or use sanitizer before entering the gym floor and when leaving the gym.
Other important FYI's:
Anyone under 18 can not watch your child during class or Practice and play.
We encourage you to take pictures (use #mygmyviera to tag us!), but please be mindful of only taking photos or videos of your child. If you're in a group setting, ask the adults if taking a photo or video is okay.
Please remember to be on time for pick-up and drop-off camps, events, & PNOs. Every $5 will be added for every five minutes you are late. .All classes and programs at My Gym are private; extended family or friends are welcome to join in on the fun and watch from our lobby; however, curious guests, please schedule a trial.
