It's almost Jeremiah's 1st birthday!

Here is our online form, please fill it out prior to showing up to the party.

If your child is under the age of 4, we do require a parent on the floor. Children are barefoot and adults (18 years +) are required to wear socks.

If you happen to forget socks, we do sell them for $2 a pair.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by one of our My Gym Team Members who will check you in and have you sign a quick liability waiver before entering the gym floor.
