Summer Camp Policies

SUMMER FUN AND FITNESS CAMP

RULES:

• There will be NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS for camps or un-used portions of camp cards. All camp sales are final. 

• Drop Off & Pick Up: Please sign in when you drop your child off and sign out when you pick them up. We always need your emergency contact number for the day. Once the music is on and the children are allowed in the gym then parents may leave. Parents may not stay during camps.


• Camp Times: Camp times (AM or PM) are listed on the schedule. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before the camp day as the teachers are busy preparing for the day of fun!


• If you need to arrive early for pickup, please notify a teacher in advance. Please be sure to pick up your child on time. Please note a late pickup fee may apply if your child is picked up more than five minutes late.


• If your child is having separation issues, please talk to the staff and we will work with you and your child on this. For your child's safety, parents and other adults are not permitted to stay in the facility during camp. 

• For the safety of your child, only the person who brought your child to camp will be permitted to pick them up, unless otherwise noted at drop off.


• Potty Trained: We ask that all children are potty trained or able to wear a pull-up for 3 hours; staff will help with accidents. Unfortunately, we do not provide any extra clothes or pull-ups/wipes etc.


• Change of Clothes: We recommend sending your child to camp with a “just in case” change of clothes/underwear/pull-up in a backpack or labeled ziplock bag. This is essential for younger children. Children should always come dressed in comfortable clothes. Please make sure children do not have jewelry or accessories to prevent loss or damage.

• Snacks: PLEASE SEND YOUR CHILD WITH A WATER BOTTLE TO CAMP EACH DAY! We will provide a light snack (peanut free) during each camp day as well. 


• Feel free to send a snack from home (peanut free) if there are special dietary restrictions/allergies.
