Membership

Each child that takes a class at My Gym is required to be a member which is universal across all My Gyms, lasts a lifetime, and good for your entire family. It enables you priority class enrollment, and discounts to events, which are open to both members and non-members. The one-time fee is $75. Call or email us for any specials on this fee!  The member price for our birthday parties is always $50 less than non-member pricing.

Class Tuition

My Gym class enrollments run on a 4-week recurring payment of $89 for all classes except Little Bundles (2-6 months) and All Stars (3-8 years unstructured). To ensure that the appropriate number of trained staff are available, we do not operate as a drop-in program.

Recurring Billing/Cancellations

We charge every 4 weeks on the day of your primary class. After the minimum commitment of eight weeks, if you can’t continue, simply email us to stop your recurring billing. We will count 28 days from your child’s next class to determine the final class date and may prorate your last charge depending on where you are in your 28-day billing cycle. We don’t give refunds for partial 4-week cycles which are not used.

Make-ups

If you miss a class we encourage you to schedule a make-up. For make-ups, you can attend any age appropriate class that has spots available. In order to reserve a spot in a class for a make-up, all you need to do is schedule online, call or email us and let us know the day and time of the class you wish to attend. We ask that you schedule all make-ups at least 24 hours in advance. Should you not show up for your scheduled make-up without letting us know (up to 2 hours before class), you will lose that make-up.

Practice & Play

Class tuition and paid membership allow you to bring a currently enrolled child free of charge to one Practice & Play class listed on the schedule. During Practice & Play, children have unstructured play time, as well as skill stations and adventures set up by their teachers. All children, including those enrolled in independent classes, must be supervised by a parent during this time.

Are Siblings allowed on the gym floor?

We understand that at times younger or older siblings may have time off from school and need to come to the gym during class. We do not allow siblings on the gym floor. The only exception to this rule is a younger sibling in an infant carrier (Example: Backpack, front carrier or Baby Bjorn).  This child must stay in the infant carrier for the entirety of the class.  You are more than welcome to bring some toys, games, or coloring books for older siblings to play in the lobby during class. We appreciate all our members understanding of this as a matter to ensure that all our classes which are private are safe and fun for all.

What to wear at the gym

For safety and insurance reasons, all children must be barefoot so they have traction when playing and climbing in the gym. All parents wear socks on the gym floor, and we have them available for $2/pair if you ever forget yours!

Sick Policy

If your child is sick please stay home to keep from spreading germs to other families and our staff. Remember, you have four weeks to make it up!
