My Gym was born out of our passion to teach children in a fun, physically engaging environment. We delighted in seeing children's eyes light up for all those incredible milestones, from the tentative first steps to tumbling down soft mats. Sharing the parents’ excitement at their children’s accomplishments was the high point of our day.
Picture this: In 1983, three fitness enthusiasts—Yacov, Susi Sherman, and Bill Caplin—redefined children's fitness by blending dance, gymnastics, and athletics. That's the birth of My Gym! Their mission: create a space just for kids—no more sharing mom's or dad's gym, but My Gym. With backgrounds in dance, gymnastics, and athletics, they crafted a unique fitness curriculum focused on non-competitive skill building for ages 6 weeks to 14 years. Fast forward: Cory and Monique turned My Gym into a franchise sensation in 1994. The success was undeniable, growing from 100 kids to over 400 in a year. Now a global phenomenon, My Gym is consistently ranked the #1 children's program worldwide.

Mr. Jeff opened our My Gym location in 2004. He is also the owner of Sprout Therapy Group. When Mr. Jeff isn't at My Gym or Sprout, he is busy spending quality time with his three beautiful daughters and wife!
Ms. Jordan has been our director since 2015 and we love having her! When she isn't teaching classes or running the day to day operations here at My Gym, Ms. Jordan is spending her time with her husband and 2 daughters!
Ms. Deanna has been with us since 2015 and has been a huge part of our growth here at My Gym. You can find her leading spectacular classes and making all of your birthday party dreams come true!
Ms. Jenna has loved and worked for My Gym since she was 15! She puts a huge smile on every face that comes through our door! You can find her teaching amazing classes, running our phenomenal Preschool Prep Program or rocking a birthday party.
Ms Sarah has been with My Gym since 2012. You can find her teaching awesome classes, throwing the BEST birthday parties in town or rocking our camp/PNO's!
