Exclusive Playground and Toy Room Rental at My Gym! (This is NOT a My Gym Party)
Are you looking for the perfect space to host a fun-filled gathering for kids? My Gym offers an exciting opportunity to rent our vibrant playground and toy room for private events! Whether it's a birthday, playdate, or special celebration, our facility provides a safe and engaging environment where children can climb, slide, and explore to their heart's content.
Rental Details:
Duration: 2 hours of exclusive access
Price: $400 (covers the rental fee for the space)
Child max: 15 children (ages 1 yr - 10 yrs), 2 adults may accompany each child
What's Included: Full use of our playground equipment, toys, and toy room. It's a blank canvas for your event—bring your own decorations, snacks, and activities to make it uniquely yours! This rental is designed for self-hosted events, giving you complete flexibility to create the experience you envision. Imagine the laughter and joy as kids run free in our colorful, age-appropriate play area, all under your supervision.
15 My Gym gripper socks will be provided for the 15 children attending. If more are needed, it will be an additional charge (1 pair for $4 or 3 pairs for $10)
Optional Add-On: For an additional $50, you can choose to add themed decorations to enhance your event's atmosphere. If you love Balloon Arches, we can provide one for you for just $200. (These will be set up and cleaned up by the My Gym staff.)
Grace Period: You have a 10-minute grace period before your scheduled start time and 10 minutes after your scheduled end time to allow for arrival, setup, and departure. This gives you a total window of up to 2 hours and 20 minutes.
Overtime Charge: If your group stays beyond the allowed time frame (including the grace periods), an additional charge of $40 will apply. Please plan your event times accordingly to avoid any extra fees.
Important Guidelines:
Please note that this is strictly a playground rental service. There are no coaches or staff-led activities involved—it's all about independent play and your group's creativity. Our team at My Gym will not provide any setup or cleanup services. Renters are responsible for all preparation, including arranging decorations, food, and any games, as well as thorough cleanup afterward.
To ensure the space remains ready for the next group, please leave the gym playground exactly as you found it. Failure to do so may result in an excessive cleanup charge of $100, which will be applied if additional staff time is needed to restore the area.
