How do I schedule a My Gym Party?
It's easy! You can book a party by placing a deposit online at . You can also text/call/email us and we'd be happy to reserve your special day and time.

How long are My Gym parties?
Our parties are an hour and a half. Ask us about availability to add an additional half-hour for 2 hours of My Gym fun. 

Is a deposit required? 
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The remaining balance is due on the day of your party. 

Will My Gym provide entertainment and staff?
Our fun and friendly staff will not only provide entertainment but will develop a custom party with games and activities just for your child. 

Does My Gym provide paper products, decorations, and balloons or do I bring my own? What about food and drinks?

  • Grand Celebration: You bring in your own paper products/decorations and food/drinks.
  • Deluxe Celebration: We provide My Gym-themed paper products/decorations and balloon bouquets. You bring in food/drinks.
  • Premier Celebration: We do it all! Pick a theme of your choice and we will provide the themed paper products/decorations, balloon bouquets, water bottles, pizza, and cupcakes/cake.

How many children can I invite? 
Up to 20 children are included in the price of the party package. Additional guests are welcome! There is a $10 charge per additional guest. The maximum number of children is 24. This number does not include children who are in baby carriers or held for the entire party, but it does include all children who are on the gym floor or equipment. 

How many adults can I invite?
We do not put a limit on the number of adults at the party, but please keep in mind that the lobby is only so big and everyone must be in the lobby to eat/drink. Pizza and cake time can get a little crowded if there are a lot of adults. 

What if I need to reschedule my party?
The deposit is non-refundable, but we will try our best to reschedule your party. Otherwise, the deposit will become store credit.

Are gratuities (tips) appropriate? 
Gratuities for our staff are not expected or required, but are always welcome and appreciated for a job well done. 

Do we provide setup and clean-up?
Absolutely! We will setup and take care of all clean-up afterward. 

When will you contact me for details about my party? 
We will contact you a few days before the party to go over details including the number of children expected, the age range of the children, music and game requests, as well as a few other questions. if you have any other questions as your date gets closer, feel free to text us anytime! 

Are socks required?
Children go barefoot and adults wear socks. We sell socks for $2 (limited supply). For Summer parties, you may want to bring a package of socks for your adult guests. 

Do you have a bounce house?
We do! Add the bounce house to your party for $49.
