This is an adorable class for our littlest non-walking members! ♥♥♥ In this program, you and your baby are led through a variety of beginning stretches, exercises, songs, dances, and baby-safe rides and adventures.  Have your camera app ready! You’ll definitely want to capture ALL the cuteness.

It’s amazing to see your little ones expand their hand, arm, and trunk control. Within no time, you’ll have little movers and shakers! 🥰🥰🥰 As new and stimulating activities are introduced, our Tiny Tykes discover their mobility and advance their physical and cognitive development.

Who can come?

1) Families with children not enrolled in classes may attend Practice & Plays by purchasing a "Practice & Play Card" for $15/child and then scheduling the Practice & Play. Practice & Plays may also be available for sign-ups on our website's "Events" page.

2) Families with a child enrolled in classes may sign-up using their online accounts up to 7 days in advance. Practice & Plays are also available for unenrolled siblings of enrolled children. Unenrolled siblings must be under 8y0m. The cost is $10/child. When an unenrolled sibling is scheduled, the $10 fee is charged to the family's credit or debit card after the Practice & Play.

About:

Practice & Play is a parent or guardian supervised activity (not a drop-off) where children can play in the gym. In each Practice & Play, there is an instructor on the floor running activities and practicing skills learned in classes that week.

This class offers a perfect setting for children of different ages to learn and play at the same time. It is an option for parents with a younger and older child who wants the convenience and safety of bringing both children to the same class. Parents with one child may also participate. If you have one child, perhaps this time is most convenient, or you want your child to participate with children of different ages.

My Gym designs this class so that all children will benefit. For parents with more than one child, you are encouraged to let your older child follow the teacher's directions while you guide your younger child through the fun class activities.
Beginning gymnastic skills are emphasized along with active play, group games, swings, songs, dances, rides, puppet shows, and more.

We LOVE our Waddlers! ♥♥♥ This program is so much fun for both parent and child as we learn engaging circle time songs and dances, work on gross motor skills, budding social-emotional skills, and more! Your little ones will have a blast discovering their natural abilities while our curriculum enhances their physical and cognitive growth.

Throughout this program, we gently introduce new and stimulating activities to promote babies' and young toddlers’ natural development. Such an amazing age! 🥰🥰🥰 Your child will sing, dance, swing, play games, watch puppet shows, and even have “Surprise Time!” Our Gymsters feel great about themselves as they learn basic tumbling in a fun and positive setting.

At this age, toddlers’ abilities are evolving on a weekly basis, and our curriculum keeps these active little ones engaged and captivated! Running, jumping, and spatial awareness are milestones in this program. Of course, opportunities abound to teach lessons on peer play and taking turns. Terrific Tots are TERRIFIC!!! 😊😊😊 In addition to having a blast with structured activities and games, your child will gain skills needed as involvement in team sports gets closer. Our curriculum will improve your child’s fine and gross motor proficiency while increasing strength and agility.

In this adult-participation class, our caring teachers will build up your little one’s confidence and self-esteem with gentle encouragement to complete activities a bit more independently. This helps our Tots develop social skills, learn to follow directions, and cooperate in a group of their peers. ♥♥♥

My Gym's specialized Ninja Jr. classes are designed to be fun and challenging while remaining safe and noncompetitive. Kids are challenged mentally and physically while developing a strong, confident mindset that they carry both inside and outside of the gym!

You'll see your child's strength, stamina, and agility grow through relays, conditioning exercises, and, of course, obstacle courses that change every week. High energy games and team-building activities teach cooperation, patience, and problem solving. Most importantly, our curriculum is designed to ensure all children succeed!

Welcome to the big time, big kids! These precocious preschoolers participate independently with their teachers on the gym floor while parents can watch from the lobby or drop off their children. This is a huge milestone we don't take lightly, as confidence and self-reliance are cornerstones of this curriculum.

In this program, you'll see your child's strength, flexibility, and agility increase as our teachers coach the kids through relays, fundamental gymnastics, and tumbling skills. Positive reinforcement abounds – and we promise your child will leave class with feelings of pride, accomplishment, and success!
