Preschool Prep - Now Enrolling!

We are now accepting enrollments for Preschool Prep for 2018!
Starting January 9th

Tuesdays from 11:30am - 1:30pm

As experts in early child development, My Gym understands the impact preschool or pre-kindergarten education has on children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development. In our commitment to educate the whole child, we now offer the “My Gym Preschool Prep Program." This program focuses on imparting to children the skills needed to excel in preschool and beyond. Through our award-winning My Gym fitness curriculum, arts and crafts, stimulating small group and independent activities, and basic academic preschool instruction, our students will transition into preschool and kindergarten with confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning. This 2-hour program for ages 2.5 to 4 focuses on making learning fun and exciting in the familiar and nurturing atmosphere of My Gym. Classes begin Monday August 14th from 11:30pm – 1:30pm. Additional terms and restrictions apply.

THE DETAILS

Ages: Preschool Prep is for children 2.5 - 4 years.

Schedule: Preschool Prep classes are held on Wednesdays 11:30 am - 1:30 pm year round. Families may choose one preschool class or two per week. All options include unlimited Practice & Play!

Food: Parents send a sack lunch and water bottle for their child. Please notify us of any food allergies. My Gym provides additional snacks as needed.

Cost: One class per week = $95/4 weeks. Siblings enroll at 10% off tuition for both children. Tuition will paid via recurring automatic payments every 4 weeks, or in advance for 12 weeks.

A $35 materials fee (per child) due with initial enrollment. My Gym Lifetime Membership required if not already a member (one time $75 fee per family). Students maintaining Preschool Prep in addition to a regular (1 class/week) My Gym or Dance class will receive that class at a (introductory) discounted rate of $29 and unlimited Practice & Play (if unlimited classes is preferred add an additional $55).

Makeups: Unlike typical preschool programs, we do offer makeups! Children enrolled in Preschool Prep can makeup up absences in either the other Preschool Prep time-slot (for families only enrolled in one weekly class), or in an age appropriate class. We will allow makeups for one absence per month for children enrolled in one class per week, or two absences per month for children enrolled in two classes per week.

Prerequisite: Completion of a trial class in a Terrific Tots or Mighty Mites class if not recently enrolled in a My Gym class.

Other: Preschool Prep is a drop off program. The student to teacher ratio will be approximately 7 to 1. Classes will be taught by My Gym staff. We will utilize our gym facility for learning along with small amounts of gym time. Children should be potty trained.
