Open Gym is created for our gymnastics and cheer classes to receive some extra tumbling with friends. This is a perfect opportunity to get a few more spotted stations in during the week and be with friends that may not be in your current class. At Open Gym, the girls will independently stretch and warm up and a coach will be on the floor with mats out to assist in extra tumbling or spotting. This is an event where your child will need to know the skill they would like to focus on and when they need breaks and stations will be set out and they will independently lead themselves to anything offered.

Calling all Ninjas! My Gym Ninja Training focuses on developing strength, stamina, and agility. Children will participate in relays, conditioning exercises, games, team-building, and of course, obstacle courses! The obstacle courses are intended to challenge kids mentally and physically with instilling a mindset of overcoming adversity both inside and outside of the gym.
Flippin' Friday-Beginner Session (Working on Cartwheels, Bridges, and Kickovers)
Join Ms. Stacey for an extra tumbling opportunity with your classmates! Flippin' Friday is a skill-specific class offered once a month created to boost confidence and improve skills with a more one on one approach. Your child will enjoy a longer class of skill-specific stretches, strengthening, and challenges to guide your gymnast to the next level.
$35/75 Minutes of Skills and Drills
Payment reserves your child's space in Flippin' Friday and is offered to those currently enrolled in Gymnastics or Cheernastics classes unless otherwise approved. Once you have paid, you will receive an email with confirmation. There are no refunds for NO-SHOWS or late cancellations, which is Thursday the week of past 5pm. This is an extra event that is not considered part of monthly tuition, so a make up cannot be used for Flippin' Friday.

It is about to get spooky at My Gym at the BIG KID Halloween Party! Join us for some tricks and treats, but don't forget your play-safe costumes.
This is a drop off event where parents will sign in and drop off at the door that is nonrefundable and nontransferable. Payment reserves your spot in the event and an email will be sent with confirmation. MyGym only gives out non-candy treats at Hallowen Parties! The Big Kid Halloween Party is best suited for ages 4-10 years old.
At FRIENDSgiving Mystery Night, you and a friend will compete in a race to FIND THE MISSING TURKEY! We will have obstacles, work outs, games, and more to find clues leading us to our turkey hats! This is a drop off event and best for ages 5-10 years old.
If you sign up for your event for $25, your friend comes FREE. We will need the information for your friend in a text or email to create them a MyGym account and sign forms BEFORE the event. Payment reserves your space and you will receive email confirmation with your receipt.

MyGym is partnering with FROSTED IN FRANKLIN again! They offer delicious cookie kits for kids. Frosted in Franklin's cookie kits will be at MyGym ready to decorate. At this fun event, we will play games and decorate cookies that will be ready to eat at home. This event is a drop-off event from 5:00-6:00pm. This is geared for ages 3-10.
*The cookies in these kits will be nut-free, but are made in a facility that does have nuts separate, but present."
