My Gym Ninja Warrior Training is designed to be fun and challenging while remaining safe and noncompetitive. Classes will focus on developing strength, stamina, and agility in relays, conditioning exercises, games, team-building and, of course, obstacle courses that change every week, as well as basic yoga techniques. We will also have a snack time during camp, but all children must bring their own peanut free snack. Kids will be challenged mentally and physically, while instilling a mindset of overcoming adversity both inside and outside of the gym!
Our Open Gym is a special play time designated for Children actively enrolled in class. When you. Open Gym times are specially designed to give parents and children the opportunity to freely use the gym space.
