Member Appreciation: Unlimited Upgrade This July

We want to thank all of our active members for your continued support and loyalty over the past year. As a way to show our appreciation, we are offering two exciting benefits this summer.

1. Free Member Event

We will be hosting a free event exclusively for our active members on July 7th at 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM.
This is a first-come, first-served opportunity.
If you would like to attend, please text or email us and we will reserve your spot.
Space is limited, so please don't wait to secure your spot.

2. Free Unlimited Upgrade in July

All active members will receive a complimentary Unlimited Upgrade for the entire month of July. This means:

You will be able to attend more than one structured class per week.
You will receive one additional credit at a time.
After attending your extra class, the credit will reset and be added back to your account overnight, allowing you to book another class the following day.
This works just like how our Practice & Play credits function.

Important Details and Guidelines:

The Unlimited Upgrade begins on July 1st and ends on July 31st. After that, your membership will return to your original plan.
Class availability is based on space and is first come, first served.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled Unlimited session, you must cancel through your account under the upcoming visits tab to make the spot available for another family, and ensure your credit is returned in real time.
If you do not cancel and do not attend, we will send you a reminder. After three no-shows, your Unlimited Upgrade will be removed.

Make-Up Credit Will Be Used First

Make-up classes will be used before any Unlimited credits are applied. We want to help you avoid having your make-up credits expire. This unlimited period gives you a great opportunity to use them. Your account will apply make-up credits first so you can take full advantage of them, then Unlimited credits will kick in after that.

Invite a Friend

If you know someone who may want to join My Gym, let them know: anyone who enrolls in May or June will also receive the Unlimited Upgrade in July.
