It’s amazing to see your little ones expand their hand, arm, and trunk control. Within no time, you’ll have little movers and shakers! 🥰🥰🥰 As new and stimulating activities are introduced, our Tiny Tykes discover their mobility and advancetheir physical and cognitive development.

Designed for siblings and friends of mixed ages, parents, and children of all families will enjoy this wonderful program (enrollment or trial experience required for each child participating). ✨✨✨ Emphasis is on teamwork, sharing, taking turns, working both together and independently, and building relationships.

Older kiddos are provided with plenty of opportunities to flex their "big brother" and "big sister" roles that they love so much – modeling physical skills, sharing, turn-taking, and more for the littler ones.  Relays, puppets, gymnastics, games, swings and special rides are just a few of the activities performed in each and every class. We LOVE our Waddlers! ♥♥♥ This program is so much fun for both parent and child as we learn engaging circle time songs and dances, work on gross motor skills, budding social-emotional skills, and more! Your little ones will have a blast discovering their natural abilities while our curriculum enhances their physical and cognitive growth.

My Gym’s specialized Ninja Jr. classes are designed to be fun and challenging while remaining safe and noncompetitive. 🥷💪🤸‍♂️ Kids are challenged mentally and physically while developing a strong, confident mindset that they carry both inside and outside of the gym!

You’ll see your child’s strength, stamina, and agility grow through relays, conditioning exercises, and, of course, obstacle courses that change every week. 🙌 High-energy games and team-building activities teach cooperation, patience, and problem-solving. Our Gymnasts participate independently with their teachers on the gym floor, while parents can watch from the lobby or drop-off. This is a huge milestone we don't take lightly as confidence and self-reliance are cornerstones of this curriculum! 🥰🥰🥰

Join Ninja Training where kids build strength, balance, agility, flexibility, and coordination. 💪✨🙌 In this 1-hour program, our instructors maintain a positive, supportive and noncompetitive atmosphere, and the children conquer new obstacles each week. 🗻🧗💪With My Gym's weekly setup changing no class course is ever the same! 

This fun and focused class is great for both beginning and experienced gymnasts! Children begin to work on learning and perfecting skills in leveled groups on the Bars, Vault, Beam, and in Tumbling. The emphasis is on having fun and learning foundational gymnastics skills, strength, & flexibility – not competition. Classes are taught in the same positive, encouraging environment that children are accustomed to in every My Gym Program.

During Practice & Play, skill stations and tumbling from classes are performed to reinforce continuous skill-building! This is a sensory-friendly program that is light on structure by design. Practice & Play is also included with recurring tuition for all structured My Gym programs. For drop-in bookings, RSVPs are required (reserving a space is easy within your online portal- please reserve a space for all children who will be attending, including non-enrolled siblings).
