An adorable class for our littlest non-walking members! ❤️❤️❤️  In this program, you and your baby are led through a variety of beginning stretches, exercises, songs, dances, and baby-safe rides and adventures.  Have your camera app ready! You’ll definitely want to capture ALL the cuteness.

It’s amazing to see your little ones expand their hand, arm, and trunk control. Within no time, you’ll have little movers and shakers! 🥰🥰🥰 As new and stimulating activities are introduced, our Tiny Tykes discover their mobility and advancetheir physical and cognitive development.

Designed for siblings and friends of mixed ages, parents and children of all families will enjoy this wonderful program (enrollment or trial experience required for each child participating). Emphasis is on teamwork, sharing, taking turns, working both together and independently, and building relationships.

Older kiddos are provided with plenty of opportunities to flex their "big brother" and "big sister" roles that they love so much – modeling physical skills, sharing, turn-taking, and more for the littler ones.  Relays, puppets, gymnastics, games, swings and special rides are just a few of the activities performed in each and every class. We LOVE our Waddlers! ♥♥♥ This program is so much fun for both parent and child as we learn engaging circle time songs and dances, work on gross motor skills, budding social-emotional skills, and more! Your little ones will have a blast discovering their natural abilities while our curriculum enhances their physical and cognitive growth.

Such an amazing age! 🥰🥰🥰  Your child will sing, dance, swing, play games, watch puppet shows, and even have "Surprise Time!" Our Gymsters feel great about themselves as they learn basic tumbling in a fun and positive setting.

Toddlers’ abilities at this age are evolving on a weekly basis, and our curriculum will keep your little one engaged and captivated! Running, jumping, and spatial awareness are milestones in this program. Of course, opportunities abound to teach lessons about peer play and taking turns as well. In our commitment to educate the whole child, we now offer the “My Gym Preschool Prep Program." The Program focuses on imparting to children the skills needed to excel in preschool and beyond. We make learning fun and exciting in the familiar and nurturing atmosphere of My Gym.

Terrific Tots are TERRIFIC!!! 😊😊😊 In addition to having a blast with structured activities and games, your child will also gain skills they can utilize as they get closer to being involved in team sports. Our curriculum will improve your child's fine and gross motor proficiency while increasing strength and agility.

Our caring teachers will build up your little one’s confidence and self-esteem, gently encouraging them to complete activities a bit more independently. This allows for the development of social skills, following directions, and cooperating in a group with their peers. ♥♥♥

My Gym’s specialized Ninja Jr. classes are designed to be fun and challenging while remaining safe and noncompetitive. Kids are challenged mentally and physically while developing a strong, confident mindset that they carry both inside and outside of the gym!

You’ll see your child’s strength, stamina, and agility grow through relays, conditioning exercises, and, of course, obstacle courses that change every week. High energy games and team-building activities teach cooperation, patience, and problem solving. Most importantly, our curriculum is designed to ensure all children succeed!  

Our Gymnasts participate independently with their teachers on the gym floor, while parents can watch from the lobby or drop-off. This is a huge milestone we don't take lightly as confidence and self-reliance are cornerstones of this curriculum! 🥰🥰🥰

You'll see your child's strength, flexibility, and agility increase, as our teachers coach children through relays, basic gymnastics, and tumbling skills. During Practice & Play, skill stations and tumbling from classes are performed to reinforce continuous skill-building! Practice & Play is included with recurring tuition, but advanced booking is required (reserving a space is easy within your online portal- please reserve a space for all children who will be attending included nonenrolled siblings).
