My Gym Kent's Inclement Weather Policy 

Not sure if we're closed during snow/inclement weather? Here's how to find out!

1. Please text (253) 630-8880. An out-going message will automatically send regarding snow closure or delays. 
2. Anyone scheduled for a class or practice & play will receive a closed text in the event of closure.***See class note below***
3. Check our website. We will update daily with closure information.
4. 'Like' and follow us on Facebook and Instagram @mygymkent. We update both regularly regarding weather & closure updates.
5. We follow the Kent School District regarding all weather related closures. Weather related delays or Saturday classes will be determined based on road conditions and staff/customer safety.

If you are unable to make a scheduled class, please mark your child absent online or text the gym (253) 630-8880 so we can plan accordingly. Thank you! 

Make-ups/Text Reminders:

• We text every enrolled customer on the day of their scheduled class when there is a cancelled class or practice & play. Please be sure to schedule ALL classes and practice & plays online. If you are not scheduled, you will not receive a text.
• Please make sure your cell phone number is updated in your online profile, and that it is listed as the primary contact phone number. LOG-IN HERE. 
• Please communicate to any other care givers who may be taking your child to and from class. 
• Anyone missing their regularly scheduled 'home' class will be issued a make-up credit, which are available for scheduling thru your online account.
