Celebrate your child's birthday, or un-birthday! Fill out the form below, and we'll contact you to schedule a My Gym Private Party! You will enjoy 90 minutes of exclusive use of the entire gym that has been completely cleaned and sanitized before you arrive. Private play parties are the perfect way to celebrate your kiddos big day, or just get a group of friends together and play! Read below for safety and in-gym policies.  

Cost (90 minutes): $255*

*Please note: A $100 nonrefundable deposit is collected to book a party slot. Deposits are nonrefundable/nontransferable under any circumstances. An automatic 15% gratuity will be added to the party total on the day of your scheduled party. 

Private Play Parties are available on some Saturdays & Sundays. Open times vary based on staff availability and in-house camps and events. A staff member will reach out to you by text to confirm availability and confirm payment. P

Safety & In-Gym Policies:

• Maximum of 10 children included in the party package. Additional children are $15 each - for a maximum of 15 children total (including party child & siblings.) 
• All participants must sign an electronic waiver prior to entrance into the facility. A party link will be sent to you after the party is booked for you and your guests to sign.
• Adults must wear masks at all times; recommended (not required) for kids 3+. 
• We will be taking all children's temperatures at the door. Adults/caregivers, please monitor symptoms at home. CLICK HERE for all safety information. 
• Kids play barefoot, adults wear socks.
• There is no food allowed for this party package. You can view other party packages here: PARTY
• One instructor will be at the party to ensure safety. Adults must supervise children in the play area. No adults on equipment.  
• Only one adult per family allowed in the facility. Host family may have both parents attend. 
• All sales final. Sorry, no refunds.
• In the event of illness or cancellation (24 hours notice), we will do our best to reschedule based on current availability. Deposit is nonrefundable/nontransferable under any circumstances. 
• Parties must be booked at least 1 week in advance.
• An automatic 15% gratuity will be added to the final bill and charged on the day of the party.
• The party isn't booked until payment has been collected and staff has confirmed party date & time.
