Challenges: Severe Bronchopulmonary dysplasia and pulmonary hypertension, born at 24 weeks 

The Gift: Evenflo Revolve360 All in One Rotational Car Seat

The Benefit: Micah has been in the hospital since he was born a year ago. He will be coming home in about a month but will require 24/7 dependence with his trach, ventilator, oxygen, and feeding tubes. This specific car seat was recommended to us as it will make transferring the baby in and out of the car with all his critical medical equipment easier.

The Goal: $400, the cost of the Evenflo Revolve360 Extend All in One Rotational Car Seat
