Summer Parents' Night/Day Out Interest Form

For the FIRST TIME, we are having a Parents' Night Out on Saturday AND we've added another Parents' Day Out!!

At Parents' Night/Day Out we have fun games, activities, relays, gymnastics skills, ninja skills, cool arts and crafts and did I mention we also provide dinner?? We will have pizza, breadsticks, and capri suns for all the kids! *
