How your My Gym Membership Works

Welcome to the My Gym Louisville Family!

We’re so happy to have you join us at My Gym Louisville! Our goal is to make every visit fun, safe, and stress-free for both you and your child. To help everything run smoothly and ensure all families have the best possible experience, please take a moment to review our class enrollment policies below.

What’s Included in My Membership?

We offer two flexible membership options designed to fit your family’s schedule and needs:

Standard Membership - $109/4 weeks 

Includes:

• 1 structured class per week (home class)
• Unlimited Practice & Play (parent-supervised open gym)

Perfect for families who love consistency and weekly routine with the flexibility of open gym.

Unlimited Membership - $129/4 weeks

Includes:

• Unlimited weekly classes
• Unlimited Practice & Play (parent-supervised open gym)

Members are always enrolled in a weekly home class and may use their online account to schedule additional classes in advance, based on class availability. This option is best for families looking for maximum flexibility.

How Does Enrollment & Billing Work?

• Ongoing Enrollment
  • Memberships are continuous with no long-term contracts
• Billing Cycle
  • Tuition is automatically charged every 4 weeks from your child’s initial start date to the card on file.
• Siblings Discounts
  • 30% off for siblings
  • 50% off for twins (both twins must be actively enrolled)
• Freezes
  • You may freeze your membership at any time through your online account. When frozen, billing pauses exactly where it left off and resumes automatically when you unfreeze.
• Cancellations
  • A two-week written notice is required prior to your next billing date and all applicable charges are due upon cancellation.
  • Cancellations are not accepted verbally to ensure a clear paper trail. You may cancel easily through your online account, by email, or by text.

  Tuition & Payments

• Tuition is billed every 4 weeks through our secure enrollment system
• If a payment method is declined, you may update your payment information through your online account
• Tuition is non-refundable once charged

Attendance & Class Booking

We understand that schedules change - life happens!

Standard Membership

• You may schedule up to 2 make-up classes at a time through your online account
• Make-up classes must be used during active enrollment and do not roll over after cancellation
• If you know you will be absent, please mark your child abset in your online account. This helps open a spot for another child
• Make-up classes are only available with Standard Membership and are subject to class availability

Unlimited Membership

• Make-up classes are not offered
• Please use your online account to schedule all other classes outside your home class
• To allow fair access for all members, you may have up to 2 classes scheduled at a time
• Once one class date passes, you may schedule another class through your online account

Health & Safety Policies

Your child’s safety is our top priority.

• Grippy Socks
  • My Gym Grippy Socks are REQUIRED for all children on the gym floor.
• Adult Participation
  • Children ages 3 and under must have an adult (16+) on the gym floor with them during class and Practice & Play
• Shoes
  • Adults must remove shoes before entering the gym and wear socks
• Wellness Policy
  • Please stay home if you or your child have experienced a fever, vomiting, or contagious symptoms within the past 24 hours.
• Waivers
  • A completed liability waiver is required prior to participation - no expectations

   

Class Etiquette & Expectations

We want every class to feel welcoming, organized, and positive!

• Food and drinks (other than water in a closed-lid bottle) are not permitted on the gym floor
• Encourage your child to try their best and celebrate progress, not perfection
• If you arrive early and a class is still in session, please remain in the lobby until your schedule class time to allow our staff to safely transition between classes
• Parents and caregivers are responsible for supervising children during parent-participation classes and Practice & Play

Practice & Play (Open Gym)

Practice & Play is include as a bonus for enrolled families.

• Free for active members and their siblings
• Non-members may attend for a fee ($15 for first child, $10 all additional per session)
• Parent Supervision is required at all times
• Space is limited and may close once capacity is reached

Communication & Account Management

We do our best to keep you informed and connected!

• Families receive class reminders, schedule updates, and closure notices via text or email
• To cancel, freeze, or switch classes, you can use your online account or contact us at (502) 614-6001
• Our team is always happy to help with questions about enrollment or scheduling

Holiday & Closures

We close for major holidays and short maintenance breaks throughout the year. Tuition remains consistent, and make-up classes are always available for any missed days .
