Please read the following restrictions, policies and tips to make your day go just a little smoother!
- Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your party. Our staff will be busy preparing for your event.
- Everyone is allotted an extra 15 minutes after your scheduled party end time for clean up. Please plan ahead to ensure the lobby is cleaned up and cleared after the 15 minutes is over. Staying over will result in an extra charge of $125. We host multiple parties a day, and need to keep a tight schedule to ensure everyone's party starts on time
- Child count includes ALL children 3 months - 12 years old who will be participating on the gym floor, with the exception of babies being worn or in carriers.
- Children on the gym floor wear MY GYM GRIPPY SOCKS ONLY
- Adults MUST wear socks We have socks available for purchase for $3.50
- Children 3 years and under MUST be accompanied by an adult (16+) on the gym floor
- All party guests must have at least ONE parent/legal guardian in attendance. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled party will be charged the full party balance.
- NO Restriction on outside food
- We do not allow drinks to be poured into cups. Bottles/cans in a cooler are okay. We recommend mini water bottles, juice boxes, or soda cans/bottles
- Free class passes are not redeemable for Practice and Play(open gym). Classes may not be substituted or used as cash.
- Our Party Host's go above and beyond to insure your child's birthday party is the BEST EVER!! Please keep in mind, tips are appreciated but not required
- ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR ALL DRUGS AND ALCOHOL including wine/beer subject to removal and party cancellation WITHOUT refund
