Beat the Heat Pay & Play
Looking for the perfect way to escape the summer heat? Join us for Beat the Heat Pay & Play at My Gym Nanuet! Kids can run, jump, climb, swing, and explore in our cool, air-conditioned gym while enjoying active, screen-free fun in a safe and welcoming environment.
Children will enjoy free play, music, movement, and social time with family and friends. Coaches will also be available for optional one-on-one coach time to practice this week's Skills of the Week, giving children extra opportunities to build confidence and develop new skills at their own pace.
Session Times:
Mondays: 5:50 PM–6:40 PM
Thursdays: 11:15 AM–12:05 PM
Fridays: 12:00 PM–12:50 PM
Pricing:
FREE for currently enrolled members
$10 per child for non-enrolled children
Additional Information:
Ages 3 months–10 years
Parent participation required.
All adults and children entering the gym are required to wear socks. Children must wear My Gym Grip Socks. Adults may wear any socks.

Join us for a SPOOKtacular afternoon of fun at My Gym!
Dress up in your best costume and get ready for Halloween-themed games, songs, a thrilling costume parade, and spooky (but friendly!) surprises. The entire gym will be decorated to make it exciting for the kids and every child will go home with a special goody bag to make the day even sweeter! Mymo 🐵 will be there too dressed as..... himself!
To help us in supporting ALL children, $5 of each admission will be donated to the My Gym Foundation to help kids in need.
