Practice & Play (Open Gym)

Practice & Play is a parent-supervised open gym with a My Gym instructor leading fun activities and practicing class skills.

Signing Up:

- For non-enrolled children ages 1–5y11m only.
- If your child is enrolled, do not use this page. Book through your online account. Enrolled kids attend free; siblings are $10.

• Payments are not refundable or transferable.

Open Houses

Come to our Open Houses! Discover why kids from infants thru 7-year-olds love My Gym! Join us as we showcase super fun My Gym activities and offer amazing sign-up deals. 

• This is for families NOT currently enrolled. Members are welcome to attend if they bring a friend who’s new to My Gym.
• Children must wear My Gym branded gripper socks. Please purchase a pair at check-out if you don't have a pair.
• For safety, parents will be asked to be on the gym floor with their children. Parents must wear socks.

South Shore Moms Club - Pizza Playdate!

This fun event is for families who are members of the South Shore Moms Club. It will run from 5:15-6:30pm.

My Gym teachers will keep all children very entertained and active, as our teachers run age-appropriate My Gym activities. The playdate will include ~1 hour of semi-structured gym activities followed by ~15 minutes for pizza and drinks at the end. Please try to arrive on time. Thank you!

• This is a private event. Only families who are members of the South Shore Moms Club may attend.
• Cost: 1 child - $25, 2 children -$40, 3 children - $54, 4 children - $68.
• Up to 20 children may attend.
• Pre-registration is required using this website.
• For safety, adults must stay with their children on the gym floor during the playdate.
• Each child will get a pair of My Gym branded gripper socks. Parents must wear socks on our gym floor.
• Non-walking children are welcome and may attend for free; however, parents must bring a wearable baby carrier like a Bjorn. For safety, we do not allow adults to carry non-walking infants in their arms during events like these. Thanks!
