My Gym Playdate and Play Party Policies

Rules and Policies for Attending My Gym Playdates (Free for enrolled members) and Private Play Parties (Additional fees apply):

Before Attending: Please pre-screen yourself and child/ren at home. Take your temperature and be sure you are symptom free of any illness.
Attend: On the day of your chosen Playdate or Play Party, show up to the gym no earlier then 5 minutes ahead of your time slot. We’ll be busy cleaning and giving the previous group time to exit.Outside our door will be numbers marking the ground 6 feet a part for your family to stand on. That is your number for your time in the gym. You will be assigned a numbered space in the lobby to place your belongings and then proceed on to the gym floor to play. Once a family has entered the play floor another family will be welcomed into the lobby. The reverse will happen when it is time to leave at the end of the Playtime.
- GREEN LIGHT! Wait for the “Green light” sign to be posted on the door before entering.
- RED LIGHT! Please wait a few more minutes before entering, as we are busy cleaning everything while the previous group is exiting.
Social Spacing: We are accepting a maximum of 7 children and 7 parents or guardians in the gym at a time. Additionally, you’ll notice that we’re cleaning throughout your time in the gym (but never in your or your child’s personal space). We encourage you to allow your child to play freely but gently guide them to an open areas of the gym if they want to play in the same space as another child.
Masks: For the time being, per the CDC, anyone 3 or older is encouraged but not required to wear a mask. My Gym teachers will be wearing masks while in the gym as well as pre-screening ourselves before all shifts.
Signs of Illness: Caregivers or children showing signs of any illness in general will be ask to come back when they are 100% symptom free.
Siblings: Any child entering the gym must be preregistered at least 12 hours in advance. Sorry, No Drop-ins, No Exceptions.

We are grateful to be able to play and socialize in these small groups. Thank you for adhering to all policies while we work through this unprecedented time. When appropriate and safe, we will open the gym on a larger scale and resume our fabulous classes, camps, birthday parties, and Parents’ Night Out events!
