My Gym San Carlos Birthday Party Details & Policies
Here is everything you need to know before you book.
THE BASICS
How long is a My Gym birthday party?
All parties are 1.5 hours of fully hosted fun.
Want more time? If you book the final party slot of the day, you can add 30 extra minutes for $100.
How is the party structured?
We handle everything so you can actually enjoy the celebration.
First 60 minutes (Gym Time):
- Instructor-led games and activities
- “Space Flight” zipline ride
Final 30 minutes (Celebration Time):
- Singing Happy Birthday
- Food
- Dessert
You relax. We run the party.
How many children can attend?
Guest count depends on your package.
(Birthday child does not count toward your total)
- Grand Celebration: Up to 12 children
- Deluxe Celebration: Up to 18 children
- Premier Celebration: Up to 22 children
What ages are parties best for?
Our parties are designed for children ages 1–10.
We tailor the activities to the birthday child's age and personality.
Children 3.5 and under must have a grown-up on the gym floor with them.

BOOKING & TIMING
How do I book?

Is there a deposit?
Yes. A $150 non-refundable deposit secures your date and time.
When should we arrive?
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early so we can finish setting up your party.
PACKAGES & THEMES
What’s included in every party?
Every package includes:
- Private use of the entire facility
- 2 trained My Gym instructors
- Fully hosted activities
- Setup and cleanup
- Table setup and paper goods
- My Gym gripper socks for kids
- Birthday child not counted toward guest total
Higher-tier packages include additional décor, food, drinks, and keepsakes.
Do you offer themes?
Yes!
Select themes are:
- Included in Premier package
- $80 add-on for Grand and Deluxe packages
What’s included in a party theme?
When you add a theme, we’ll coordinate your celebration with:
- Themed table décor
- Balloon centerpieces
- Matching themed plates and napkins
It’s an easy way to elevate the look of your party without extra work on your end.
Please select your party theme at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Theme requests made within 2 weeks of your party date cannot be guaranteed.

Can I request a custom theme?
Custom themes are available for Premier packages only for $80.
Advance notice is required.
FOOD & DRINKS
Can we bring food?
Yes, however, outside pizza is not permitted.
What food is included?
Premier includes:
- 2 cheese pizzas OR 1 cheese + 1 pepperoni
- Juice boxes for kids
- Adult Size Water Bottles
Grand and Deluxe packages may add pizza and drinks as add-ons.
What are pizza prices?
- Cheese: $20
- Pepperoni: $20
- Vegetarian: $25
Each extra-large pizza includes 16 slices.
Is cake included?
Cake is not included. You are welcome to bring your own dessert.
Do you have a refrigerator?
No on-site refrigerator is available. Please bring a cooler if needed.
SOCKS & CLOTHING
Do kids need special socks?
Yes. My Gym gripper socks are required and included for all children.
What about adults?
Adults must wear socks on the gym floor.
Gripper socks are not required for adults, BUT socks are.
Adult socks are available for purchase for $5.50.
What should the kids wear?
Comfortable play clothes.
We’ll be running, climbing, tumbling, and sliding.
ADD-ONS
Available add-ons include:
- +30 minutes (final party slot only): $100
- Character theme: $80
- Custom theme (Premier only): $80
- Juice boxes for kids: $20
- Adult size water bottles: $10
- My Gym goody bags: $5 per guest
- Pizza (provided through our supplier): see pricing above
- Birthday crowns, spoons & commemorative cup: $35
What is in a My Gym Goody Bag?
Each My Gym goody bag is filled with a fun assortment of small toys and surprises for every child to take home. Items vary based on availability, so each bag is a little different!
SETUP & CLEANUP
Do we have to clean up?
No! We handle everything.
Can we bring additional decorations?
Yes, with approval.

For safety and cleanliness, we do not allow on our gym floor:
- Wall décor
- Confetti
- Piñatas
Should we open presents during the party?
We ask gifts be opened at home so your child can maximize gym time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to help you find another available date.
